Shipping. Hate shipping costs? All shipping to US destinations is FREE. Free Shipping will be via ground transport or faster and expected delivery time is approximately 9 days, barring acts of nature. If you need to expedite shipping let us know and we will gladly work with you to try and get the package to you in your timeframe. Extra charges may apply. We reserve the right to add shipping and handling costs to destinations outside the US. Please contact us to make arrangements for purchases outside of the United States (US).

Returns. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
